Shipping & Returns Policy

The orders will be dispatched from our unit and handled by the reputed courier agencies. Please be noted the following number of days from the receipt of your order.

For India orders – All domestic prepaid orders are processed within 2 business days to process as we verify the order personally to ensure a seamless process. The Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days upon confirmation. Deliveries which have low coverage or remote areas or difficult to reach zones may take between 10-12 working days.

For International orders All international orders are processed within 3 business day.You can expect delivery of the order within 10-15 business day.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN

  • 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Orders need to be signed upon the delivery. The customers will be notified about the orders via SMS / Email / WhatsApp. If the customer is not in a position to receive the packages, kindly suggest any of the alternative known member to receive the packages. However, we take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative member.
  • We are not responsible for the damage after the product is delivered.
  • For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 5 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, locations and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges will be intimated in the website itself at the time of checkout before making payments.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For India Orders:

We offer free shipping across India on the orders above Rs.699 and Rs. 80 shall be charged for the shipping on orders below Rs.699.

We do not accept COD orders as our products are customized and designed by the customers.

For International Orders:

We do ship internationally across all the countries.

Shipping and handling charges vary based on the shipping destination. You will be informed about final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout for your orders.

The delivery partner may act as a clearing agent for the shipments.

All the international orders may attract custom duties, clearance charges and or any other charges levied at the destination country shall be borne by the customer accordingly, as we do not have any control on the policies, rules and regulations of the destination country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Tees & Toes, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that the used products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of the used products once sold or delivered.

  • Tees and Toes is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
  • In case the product is delivered in a damaged condition, we shall process the full refund or replacement only if informed within 3 days with the video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery as our product undergoes multiple level of quality checking and we endeavour to deliver only the top-quality goods.
  • Returns and exchanges requests will be entertained subject to the checking and vetting by Tees & Toes.
  • We shall not accept the returns and refunds for customized t-shirts.
  • Damages due to negligence, improper usage or mishandling of the products will not be protected under this Policy.
  • Once your return request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and the amount will be transferred to the original payment mode.
  • A refund can be obtained if the order is cancelled by you either before the order ships or within 24 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier in case of plain t-shirts. For customized t-shirts the refunds will not be treated if the order is processed for printing. If accepted, the refunds will be processed within 7 days.
  • For prepaid orders, cancellation requests made after 2 hours of order placement will be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges if any from the order value. This helps us to cover the payment gateway charges levied on us.
  • Refunds for non-delivery of goods due to invalid address, non-availability of the customer, customer refused to accept the order or any other reasons which may deem fit due to customers negligence.
  • For Customized T-Shirts – No Refunds will be made.
  • For Plain T-Shirts – Refunds will be made after deduction of shipping charges, return shipping charges and payment gateway charges if any.
