Shopping Basics
Step 1: Click on the product of your choice.

Step 3: Customize the printable design of your choice by using our designing tool or by uploading the images of your choice.
Step 4: Add the product to cart.
Step 5: Click on CHECKOUT where have to complete the details of your order and place your order successfully.

Yes. Just add all the designed products you wish to order into your shopping cart and complete your order. You may visit “My Designs” section to review your designs and add to cart. This way you can save time and any additional shipping charges levied.
For all successful orders, you will be notified through an e-mail and SMS notifications.
For the time being, the products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available to order. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock. We are in a process of introducing the pre order shortly.
Payments
There are various reasons why payment may have declined. But, we suggest the following steps.
Firstly, check with your bank to ensure the funds are available to pay for your order. Secondly, check if your debit/ credit card or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card some of the information may have changed. Please reconfirm your card details and try again with the payment process.
You can make changes to the content of your order at any point before your orders are places. Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to those content. However, we advise you to contact us at support@teesandtoes.com immediately for any amendments in the order. If you have selected the incorrect products, please review our return procedure. Once the order is placed, there are less chances to cancel the order with us. If you wish to do this, please mail us at support@teesandtoes.com. Please note that at this time we may be unable to accord the successful cancellation of the order and advise you to check your order carefully before placing the order.
For Indian orders: You can successfully place the orders using Debit, Credit card, Net banking and UPI methods.
For International Orders: You can successfully place the orders using Debit / Credit Card only.

We use the Razor Pay gateway for all card payments and also for Netbanking. These are standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your e-com transactions with us are processed in an extremely secured. The 3D secure password is an additional password that you'll be asked to enter after in your card details on the payment page. You'll be redirected to your individual bank's page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or Secure Code password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will provide this password to you and you may have to provide this password prior to shopping at our portal.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
All our shipments are handled by well-reputed delivery partners. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified through an email with your package's tracking number along with the concerned delivery partner. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the delivery partner’s website.
We endeavour to dispatch the orders within 2-3 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). You can track status of your order by checking on the My Orders page.
Returns, Cancellation & Exchanges

All the orders are shipped from our warehouse by the reputed delivery partners. Please allow the following number of days from the receipt of your order.
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 2 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-7 business days. For areas, which are located remotely or difficult in covering, it may take between 10-15 working days
For International orders – All international orders are processed within 2 business days.
You can expect delivery of the order within 10-20 business days.
Tees & Toes is not responsible for the damage after the delivery. For any complaints with regards to your order please contact customer support within 5 business days of your order delivery for a resolution.
Tees & Toes runs promotions and provide offers periodically. The registered customers shall be intimated in prior to participate in the promotional campaign.
